Gogel Fastener and Wright, two established Ohio companies, have enjoyed a strong partnership for over 20 years but recently experienced exponential growth when they partnered on an apprenticeship tool kit program funded by a government grant. In 2024, they saw a 500% increase in year-over-year sales in those product categories together and look forward to collaborating on future projects.

Gogel Fastener, a family-owned distributor based in Toledo, Ohio, and Wright, have both focused on providing high-quality tools to industries like construction, manufacturing and government. This recent project, which saw the production of over 350 tool kits, is a testament to both companies' ability to work together and meet the needs of apprentices joining the workforce.

The success of the apprenticeship program not only helped deliver quality tools to the next generation of tradespeople but also opened new opportunities for both companies. Wright’s commitment to American-made products, fast turnaround times and excellent customer service played a critical role in the program’s success.

Looking forward, both Gogel Fastener and Wright are excited about future projects and continuing to grow their partnership, focusing on the quality and innovation that have defined their success for nearly a century.
